It wouldn't normally be applicable to have a search engine friendly URL in this instace, as the jump.php links that are created are always "off site", so there isn't really any benefit in doing so...

Apologies if I have mis-understood - perhaps if you give me an example of the "before" / "after" style of links you would like to use...
